India Security Press, Nashik Road is one of the nine units under the “Security Printing and Minting Corporation of India Limited (SPMCIL)” a Mini Ratna Category-I, Central Public Sector Enterprise Company, a wholly owned company of the Government of India, incorporated on 13th January 2006 under the Companies Act, 1956 with the objective of designing and manufacturing of Passports, Non-Judicial Stamp Paper, Stamp Paper, etc.
SPMCIL is under the administrative control of the Department of Economic Affairs, Ministry of Finance having its registered Corporate Office on the 16th floor, Jawahar Vyapar Bhawan, Janpath, New Delhi – 110001.

Maximum age 25 years
Upper age limit:
25 Years
(Candidate should be born not earlier than 09.11.1997 and not later than 08.11.2004 - both dates inclusive)
Schedule Cast(SC)/ Schedule Tribe(ST):
By 05 years
Other Backward Classes (OBC):
By 03 years
Persons with Benchmark Disabilities(PwBD):
By 10 years (GEN), 13 years (OBC), and 15 years (SC/ST)
Ex-Servicemen:
To the extent of service rendered by them in the Armed Forces plus an additional period of 3 years (08 years for SC/ST and 6 years for OBC candidates) subject to a maximum of 50 years of age.
Departmental candidates:
No age bar for the in-service SPMCIL employees who fulfill the essential qualification and experience provided at least three years’ service is left on the date of the advertisement.
For any other category, the age relaxation as per extant Govt. rules as promulgated from time to time.

Accommodation:
All the selected candidates on appointment will be eligible for allotment of Quarters as per the allotment rules of the Company subject to availability.
Probation Period:
The selected candidates will be placed on probation for a period of one year.
The period of probation may be extended by a further period of one year at the discretion of the Company. If the performance of the candidate is not found satisfactory during the extended period of probation also, his service will be terminated.
